The Managing Editor of the Voiceless Media and Consult, Chief Akilu Sayibu, has called on all candidates in the just ended NPP parliamentary primaries to unite for massive victory for the NPP come December 7, 2020.
Chief Akilu called on all who lost during the primaries to rally their support solidly behind the elected Parliamentary Candidates to ensure they secure majority seats for the NPP in the next parliament. He admonished them to put any issues they might have encountered before and during the primaries behind to avoid any divisions in the party. He further urged any one who might be considering running as an Independent Candidate in the general elections to rid himself or herself of the thought describing such action as suicidal for the party.
He also called on all elected candidates to reach out to their contenders and their supporters to join their campaign and ensure a one touch victory for Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo and the NPP come December 7. He added that once the contest was over, the next step is cooperation.
Chief Akilu noted that it is important for the party to be united going into the general elections since anything short of that could spell doom for the NPP.
He urged all party faithful to focus on trumpeting the many fulfilled promises by the Nana Akuffo Addo/Bawumia government as the basis for Ghanaians to give four more for Nana to do more.
