The Alliance For Responsible Citizens (AFRC) is demanding for the collation of all pink sheets in camera before 21st December,2020.
The group is therefore expecting the Jean Mensa led Electoral Commission (EC) to expidict their demand with immediate effect.
Breifing the media today, the leadership of the group said the vast majority of Ghanaians are not satisfied and unhappy with how the EC erred in the computation of percentages of the various Presidential
Candidates hence the need to collate the results in camera to end the misunderstanding among political parties and the citizenry.
Meanwhile, the two main politicial parties who participated in the just ended Presidential and Parliamentary elections, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are disputing the results of some constituencies claiming the figures on the pink sheets of these constituencies have been tempered with, hence doubt the final figures and declaration of those results.
As a result of that, do not accept the Electoral Commission certifying and delcaring these results for the said winners of the day.
However, the group through a Press Release signed by the Covener, Francis Ansah Tawiah threatened of embarking on a one week demonstration across the country if the Electoral Commission fails to adhere to its demand, hence tapulating all the 275 constituencies pink sheets in camera.
