Hearts of Oak will engage their arch rivals, Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Phobians host their sworn rivals in a week seven outstanding fixture on Sunday, February 20 to draw the curtains down on the first round of 2021-22 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians have not been themselves this season with mixed results much to the disappointment of their teeming fans.
They have managed to claw six wins, six drawn games and four losses this season from 16 Ghana Premier League games.
The come up against Asante Kotoko who have won 11 games, three draws and two losses from 16 matches and seated top of the league table.
Despite Kotoko’s fine form, Hearts of Oak midfielder, Abdul Aziz Nurudeen is confident that they will be able to upset the Porcupine Warriors.
“We know Asante Kotoko is doing well in the league but Hearts of Oak will beat them on Sunday.” Abdul Aziz Nurudeen said as quoted by Shaban Mohammed.
Hearts of Oak have won the Ghana Premier League 21 times with their 21st coming in the treble last season ahead of Asante Kotoko.
Asante Kotoko are the record Ghana Premier League holders with 24 titles to the credit.
Hearts of Oak have 11 FA Cup titles to their credit as against nine of their sworn rivals, Asante Kotoko.
