Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Lagos Federal High Court passed a judgment of six months in prison for “Bobrisky” without the option of a fine.
The Lagos-based influencer before the sentence admitted to being a man following the judge’s asking.
Justice Awogboro went on to state that the judgment will serve as a deterrent to others who engage in such unlawful acts against the Naira.
She also confirmed that “Bobrisky” will serve his jail term at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre and will count from the day of his arrest.
