Mfantsipim School Unveils 150th Anniversary Logo

Mfantsipim School, one of Ghana’s most prestigious educational institutions, has unveiled its 150th-anniversary logo, marking a significant milestone in its rich history.

Captain John Yamoah (Rtd), Chairman of the 150th Anniversary Planning Committee, and other dignitaries unveiled the trademarked logo. The event, held at the Ecobank Ghana PLC Head Office Auditorium, was attended by dignitaries, alumni, and students.

In his remarks, Captain Yamoah acknowledged the school’s immense contribution to academic excellence, leadership development, and service to humanity.

He highlighted Mfantsipim School’s significant role in shaping Ghana’s educational landscape, producing notable alumni in politics, business, academia, and the arts.

The 150th-anniversary celebration, themed “Legacy of Excellence, Leadership and Service to Inspire the Future,” will feature a series of events, including a grand anniversary durbar, a fundraising dinner, and lectures and symposia.

 

Captain Yamoah called on old students, alumni, and the general public to support the celebration with financial and spiritual contributions.

“We are proud of our legacy and the impact we’ve had on Ghana’s educational landscape,” he said.

“We look forward to celebrating this milestone with our stakeholders and inspiring future generations to strive for excellence.”
