The Mfantsiman Old Girls’ Association (MOGA) is excited to host its highly anticipated National Health Walk on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

This year’s event, themed “Purple Steps, Healthy Hearts, One MOGA,” aims to unite thousands of MOGA members and supporters from across Ghana and around the world to promote preventive health, wellness, and community solidarity.

The health walk will take place in all regional chapters, with the Accra edition starting at 6:30 a.m. at the University of Ghana, Stadium Car Park.

This event is designed to encourage physical activity, increase health awareness, and foster community engagement.

Participants will enjoy a scenic walk, engage in aerobic exercises led by certified instructors, and have access to free health screenings, including checks for blood pressure, glucose levels, and Body Mass Index (BMI).

Additionally, wellness sessions featuring healthcare professionals will provide valuable insights and advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The MOGA National Health Walk highlights the association’s commitment to empowering women and communities through health-focused initiatives.
