“King Faisal will come good in the second round” – Nurudeen Amadu

Head coach of King Faisal, Nurudeen Amadu says his side will leave no stone unturned in the second round of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.

The “Insha Allah Boys” were in a different world at the start of the league season – claiming 10 points from their opening five games.

Midway into the first round, they lost a bit of steam – losing seven games in the process to finishing the first half of the term.

They have won eight games and drawn twice, raking home 26 points in 5th spot after the first round.

Their last five games produced poor results where they suffered four losses and a single home win against Real Tamale United.

Head coach, Nurudeen Amadu is hopeful of better results in the second round. “Second round we are going to do better even than the first round.

“Because we have beefed up the team with some new additions and hopefully they will deliver.

“And I’m also hoping that they will help us to win more games in the second round.” Nurudeen Amadu told StarTimes.

King Faisal will open their second round campaign away to West Africa Football Academy at the Sogakope Park on February 25.
