This policy could reduce the financial risk of diversification, allowing businesses to experiment with new product lines without the burden of excessive taxes on initial investments.

Infrastructure Development: Developing the necessary infrastructure, such as roads, power supply, and logistics networks, will ensure that businesses can efficiently distribute their diversified products. Improved infrastructure will also reduce transportation and operational costs, which is essential for businesses looking to implement economies of scope.
