The organization applauds the Minister’s proactive steps in triggering provisions of Minerals and Mining (General) Regulations, 2012 (L.I. 2176) to guide the competitive tendering process.

The Minister’s actions, including issuing formal notices and initiating an independent technical and financial assessment, demonstrate a commitment to due process and regulatory compliance, reinforcing Ghana’s credibility as a stable and transparent mining jurisdiction.
