Dr. Patrice Motsepe, the president of Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) will begin a four-country tour this week on Monday morning, visiting Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Morocco, and São Tomé & Príncipe.
He is scheduled to arrive in São Tomé on Sunday night and start his working visit on Monday, April 8, when he will meet with football stakeholders and football leadership at the São Tomé and Príncipe headquarters. Additionally, Dr. Motsepe will meet with President Carlos Vila Nova, the head of state.
The CAF President will meet with the football leadership in the morning on Tuesday, April 9, while he is in Equatorial Guinea. Dr. Motsepe will meet President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo in the afternoon.
Dr. Motsepe will visit Guinea-Bissau on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, where he will also have a meeting with President Umaro Sissoco Embaló, the head of state and the football leadership.
The CAF President will be present during the start of the CAF Futsal Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2024 in Rabat on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
