Written by ...

Medeama SC are bent on finishing on a high as they prepare to take on Dreams FC.

The Mauve and Yellow will host the “Still Believe” Boys in the last game of the first round at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa on Sunday, February 13.

Medeama were not themselves in terms of performance under the tutelage of them coach, Ignatius Osei Fosu.

Before the former coach Eleven Wonders was sacked, UMAR Abdul Rabi was brought on board to deputize him and the young tactician has since replaced Osei Fosu.

He has gone on to churn some impressive results which has lifted the two time FA Cup winners into the top five on the league log.

Medeama have so far claimed seven wins, five draws and four losses leading up to 26 points in fourth spot.

They however dropped in performance in their last five games where they earned seven points from a possible 15.

Dreams FC in the other hand have equally not done badly, raking home some impressive performances in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.

They have managed to claim five wins, five draws and six defeats in 16 games of the season. They now sit on 11th position with 20 points and will look to upset Medeama to close the gap in mid table.
