Former National Organizer Joshua Akamba has embarked on a door-to-door campaign in Okaikoi South, rallying residents to support John Dramani Mahama and the NDC’s parliamentary candidate in the upcoming elections.
Akamba’s campaign focuses on the country’s struggles under the NPP government, emphasizing the need for new leadership.
During his interactions with residents, shop owners, and traders, Akamba highlighted the nation’s economic challenges, including widespread corruption with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia at its center.
He expressed enthusiasm for the campaign, stating that this is where real politics happens, and he is eager to connect with the people and listen to their concerns.
Akamba criticized Bawumia’s leadership, citing his laziness and ineptitude as the reason for the collapse of numerous Ghanaian businesses, resulting in millions of job losses and a staggering high unemployment rate.
He urged residents to vote for change and support the NDC’s vision for a better Ghana.
The door-to-door campaign allows Akamba to engage with voters personally, listening to their concerns and sharing the NDC’s plans to address the country’s challenges. With his grassroots approach, Akamba aims to mobilize support for Mahama and the NDC’s parliamentary candidate, bringing about the change that Ghana needs.
