BCM Ghana Limited has raised concerns over an ongoing property dispute involving businesswoman Angela List, urging the Ghana Police Service to investigate recent developments.
The company alleges that unauthorized attempts were made to take control of several of its sites.
According to sources within BCM Ghana, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, individuals allegedly acting on behalf of Angela List entered multiple company properties at Spintex, Tema Motorway Industrial Area, and Borteyman.
During the incident, security personnel were reportedly confronted, and surveillance equipment was damaged.
A similar attempt was allegedly made at BCM’s headquarters in Cantonments but was prevented by the company’s security team.
BCM Ghana has officially petitioned the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service, calling for a full inquiry into the matter.
The company also confirmed that it is engaged in an ongoing legal battle with Angela List over a separate property dispute involving an Airport-area asset.
A company representative stated, “BCM Ghana Limited remains committed to protecting its assets through lawful means.
We urge all stakeholders to exercise caution when dealing with any properties registered under BCM Ghana Limited or its affiliated entities.”
The company reassured its partners and the public that it will continue to engage the appropriate authorities to address the situation and ensure the security of its assets.
