The Ministry of Interior of Ghana has officially declared Tuesday, January 7, 2020 a public holiday.
The day symbolize the swearing in of a new president of the Republic hence called Constitution Day.
This was disclosed in a press release issued by the Ministry and signed by its Minister, Ambrose Dery copied to media houses.
Therefore “it is a Statutory Public Holiday and should be observed as such throughout the country”.
