Accra, Ghana – The Africa Prosperity Network (APN) has launched a continent-wide logo design competition for its flagship citizen movement, “Make Africa Borderless Now!”, set to debut at the Africa Prosperity Dialogues (APD) 2026 in Accra.

The competition, which carries a USD $1,000 cash prize, is open to young creative designers, visual artists, and cultural innovators from across Africa and the global African diaspora. The winning design will become the visual identity of Africa’s largest-ever citizen-driven integration movement, aimed at mobilizing 10 million signatures from Africans on the continent and in the diaspora.

According to APN Chief Executive Officer, Sidig Eltoum, the campaign represents a decisive moment in Africa’s journey towards true integration. “We are calling on Africa’s creative talent to help us visualize what a borderless Africa looks and feels like – a visa-free continent where trade, talent, and culture flow without hindrance”.

The competition closes on Friday, January 23, 2026, with the winning design to be announced on Monday, January 26, 2026, during the APD 2026 press briefing. The selected logo will be officially unveiled during the Africa Prosperity Dialogues, taking place from February 4-6, 2026, at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Submission Guidelines:

– Original logo design in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG)
– A brief statement (maximum 350 words) explaining the design concept
– Variations suitable for digital and print applications
– Full-color and monochrome versions

The competition is open to professional designers, students, and amateur creatives of African descent worldwide.
